Karachi Vocational Training Centre (KVTC) is a certified rehab center for intellectually challenged individuals, recognized by Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (PCP). It offers holistic programs, including sports, therapy, academics, and STEVTA Certified vocational training, creating job opportunities for alumni.
KVTC maximizes potential, combats stigma, and promotes independence. It’s Pakistan’s only SEN institute accredited by UK Sports Board Trust, training 210 coaches nationwide.
KVTC launched JIDDAT, an apparel and home accessories brand, featuring products handmade by specially-abled students. Dedicated teachers empower intellectually challenged children for independent, fulfilling lives.
KVTC now has a safe and modern transport vehicle for intellectually challenged students, providing door-to-door pick and drop service at no cost. This transport ensures comfort, especially for students with various ailments, like epilepsy, reducing the risk of seizures and injuries.
The larger capacity of the van allows KVTC to admit more students and provide necessary therapies and vocational training. Additionally, the new van has significantly reduced maintenance costs compared to the old vehicle.
